Our firm provides full-service representation on all aspects of employment law, even if the matter is not likely to require litigation, and even if the issue is not purely legal in nature.

Employment law services include negotiating executive employment agreements, representation during interactive process meetings for employees with a disability, general employment law counseling, reviewing and negotiating severance agreements, and assistance with filing administrative charges of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Our attorneys practice before administrative agencies, such as the Nevada Equal Rights Commission (NERC), the California Department of Fair Housing and Employment (DFEH), the California and Nevada Labor Commissioners, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).  We also practice before civil service commissions, mediators, and arbitrators.
